Start-up control devices PBR-3I, BRU, FC, etc.

Contactless reversible starters (PBR) are designed for contactless reversible control of control and shut-off actuators of pipeline valves.
PBR-3I - for drives with three-phase electric motors;
PBR-2I - for drives with single-phase electric motors.
The single-circuit regulator PBR-IR performs the functions of a regulating device and a starter as part of an automated process control system and is designed for contactless control of a regulating actuator (actuator) of a pipeline valve:
PBR-3IR – for drives with a three-phase electric motor, current up to 9 or 16 A;
PBR-2IR – for drives with a single-phase electric motor, current up to 5 or 10 A.
PBR-IR are direct analogues of the PBR-3A and PBR-2m starters in a compact package and can replace them in one-to-one control circuits.
PBR-2IK-4 – electric drive control with single-phase synchronous or asynchronous electric motors;
PBR-3IK-4 is an electric drive control with three–phase and single-phase synchronous or asynchronous electric motors.
Amplifiers FC-0610, FC-0611 provide start, reverse, braking when removing the input signal and protection of the asynchronous motor from overloads, alarm about the disappearance of the supply voltage or mismatch of input and output signals, protection settings and braking duration are adjustable.
The amplifiers FC-0620, FC-0621 ensure the start of the reverse of the synchronous motor from overloads. There is no protection.
The FC-0650 amplifiers provide start, reverse, braking and overload protection of the asynchronous motor. Designed for operation at nuclear power plants.
Manual setters (RZD)
RZD-12 - Manual setting of task signals for stabilizing regulators and ratio regulators.
RZD-22 - Manual setting of task signals for stabilizing regulators and ratio regulators, conversion of one type of unified DC or voltage signal into another.
Manual control units (BRU) BRU-22, BRU-32, BRU-42I.
The BRU-32 and BRU-42 blocks have modified versions in which the harness with a contact connector is replaced by a standard 25-pin connector of the D-SUB type installed in the block housing.
The pointer block B-12 is designed for visual monitoring of the 0-5 mA current signal and the misalignment signal at the input of the control units.
The remote DUP-M position indicator is designed to remotely indicate the position of the output shaft of an electric actuator having a rheostatic or inductive sensor.
The RP4-M1 regulating device is designed for the formation of P-, PI-laws of regulation in automated control systems containing electrical actuators, constant speed, as well as for the formation of PID-laws of regulation using an external differentiator.
